At Dell, I worked on MyDell, a project to consolidate all of a customer's support needs into a single application.
Designed for Microsoft’s then-new Metro UI, the app provided a modern user-experience. By centralizing multiple tools and utilities into a single hub, we created the foundation for a self-service customer support application that would deliver significant operational and cost efficiencies for the business.
